For returns or refunds please contact Talicor directly at [email protected] or 1-800-433-GAME. We will replace any items received from us that arrived broken, damaged or are missing parts. If something is incorrect with you order we hope you will give us the opportunity to make it right or give you a refund. Items you want to return that have been unopened and purchased directly from our website can be returned up to 30 days after purchase. Refund will go back to the purchaser once items is received to our warehouse.
